Rosanie is married with three children and she lives in Cagay-anon, Sinacaban, with her family. Her husband is a private employee while she runs a general store to help make a living. In 2008, she joined Gata Daku MPC and it has helped her engage more business.
Rosanie successfully repaid her previous loans, which she used improve her business, and recently she requested a new loan to purchase goods like sardines, bottled products, dried fish, and kerosene. In the future, Rosanie wants to improve the general living condition of her family, and she is thankful to GDMPC because it helps improve their quality of life.
Gata Daku Multi-Purpose Cooperative (GDMPC) was founded in 1992 by 32 farmer-members to empower people by providing livelihood opportunities and other support services. Today, it has over 15,000 members located in upland, lowland and coastal regions of the Philippines, and offers credit, savings, education, and various social services.
