Miguel Ángel
Michael is 48 years old, married and has 4 adult children. He lives with one son, his daughter-in-law and two granddaughters.

He has been a mason since he was young. Before, he lived in another area but because of the civil conflict in the country, he moved to his current location. There he met the woman who is now his wife. When he lived with his parents in the first location he became an assistant mason. Through his effort and dedication he perfected his craft and now works on his own. He also works in agriculture and plants corn for his family to eat.

The loan will be used to purchase materials to build a brick oven, which is currently constructed in the corridor. The oven is currently damaged by rain, as are the wood-burning stove and the barn where he stores the corn harvest.

He also hopes to improve the construction of his home to avoid an accident involving someone in his family, because when there is strong wind or rain it looks like it might fall down. He would also like to prevent his pets from entering this area, because he has problems with the dogs and chickens getting on the oven and eating or spoiling the food.
