Jairo M. es un profesor dedicado a su labor, trabaja como docente en la Escuela Rafaela Herrera, desde hace 8 años, identificado en su trabajo como trabajador y un hombre muy responsable, el tiempo que tiene de trabajar ha desarrollado su trabajo con mucho dedicación hacia los niños campesinos del Municipio de Nueva Guinea.

Jairo es soltero y aún vive con sus padres, él asume los gastos del hogar, no tiene hijos. Ha dio mejorando la casa de sus padres con mucho esfuerzo, porque desea una vivienda digna con todas las condiciones que un ciudadano aspira. El préstamo será usado para la compra de madera y zinc para la construcción de la cocina. A través de préstamos él ha podido mejorar las casas de sus padres y espera poder tener estabilidad laborar para dejarles a sus padres una casa completa, y también poder pensar en su futuro y en la formación de una familia
