Forty-eight-year-old Adela lives in Jagna, Bohol, with her family. She is married with four children aged 5-18. Adela has been farming spring onions and beans for 25 years now. This business has been her very source of livelihood and helps in sustaining the needs of her family.
She is asking for a loan of 6,000 PHP to buy fertilizer, onions, and beans. Adela hopes that with the loan she can be more productive in her farm. In the future, she plans to make her farm bigger, improve land preparation, and produce more vegetables and spices so she can provide for her children's future.
