Basri is 37 years old, married and a father of two children who are three and six years old. Based on tradition, he works in agriculture. He is a very hard worker who does a lot in order to earn a living. He has a greenhouse where he plants and grows vegetables to use for for his family. He also owns land in the mountain, where he has trees to sell as wood for heating during the winter time. In addition, he owned a cow, but recently had to sell it as he was in need of the money for his family. It is in these ways that he attempts to earn enough money to provide for his family’s basic needs. Now for the first time, he is requesting a loan in order to buy another cow. The loan will help him to reduce the costs of milk and milk products for his family and potentially sell some as well. He is hoping in the near future to add more cows. His goal is to offer a better life to his family. He appreciates all lenders for this help!
