Trabaja vendiendo ropa en el mercado, realiza la venta de ropas y zapatos de damas junto a su esposa, esta actividad económica es la mayor fuente de ingreso de don Freddy, es un negocio familiar, la mercadería la compra del departamento de Santa Cruz. Adicionalmente el señor Freddy también se dedica al área agrícola como actividad secundaria lo cual ha ido emprendiendo, trabaja en el terreno agrícola de su padre produciendo yuca. El señor Freddy decidió comprarse un terreno, solicita el crédito para completar el pago del terreno que desea comprar ya que sus ahorros no son suficientes para pagar dicho terreno, de esta manera los ingresos del señor Freddy mejoraran.
