Anahit is the devoted mother of two children. She lives in Isahakyan village with her husband, son, and daughter.

The family has been involved in agriculture for many years. Anahit breeds cattle (12 cows, sheep, pigs, chickens) and cultivates wheat and potato. Anahit is specialized in the production of cheese. She uses milk in cheese production and sells it locally to gather income for the family.

Now Anahit needs financial support for purchasing forage and feeding her livestock. As this is Anahit's first loan, it has been approved within the framework of the new joint initiative of Kiva and SEF. The first-chance-loan program provides loans to people who didn’t have access to credit products before, because they have no credit history. The loan will greatly assist Anahit to continue her farming business.

She hopes that Kiva lenders will give her an opportunity to gather more income and ensure a better life for her family.
