La señora Julia es habitante de una comunidad de la localidad, su profesión es maestra de primaria de un colegio de la localidad con 23 años de impartir clases a los niños que tiene a su cargo, ya que con los años de laborar a penetrado en varias generaciones donde sembró la semilla del saber, es casada con 3 hijos los que tiene que brindarle las condiciones para su desarrollo, actualmente presenta una necesidad de mejorar su vivienda la que está en mal estado, por tal necesidad se decidió de visitar a ceprodel y solicitar un financiamiento para lograr el objetivo percibido, ya que el financiamiento lo utilizara para la compra de materiales como bloques, zinc y cemento. Ya esta manera lograra su sueño, agradeciéndole mucho a ceprodel.
