Benald is a married man. He is thirty-one and has two children. Benald also takes care of three other children who are orphans. He is a businessman who deals in electronic appliances. He works seven days a week. Each day he works for fourteen hours in order to maximize the profits. He supplements his income with farming, where he grows coffee on a small scale. He has been in the electronics business since 2011 and he sells his goods to residents at the nearby fishing site. He started this business in order to earn a living, and he has applied for this loan so that he can re-stock goods and be able serve his customers. His hopes are to expand his business, and he also hopes to buy a car for transporting his products to other remote fishing sites.
Benald faces challenges which include lack of enough capital and high transport costs. He describes himself as honest and hard-working. He requests Ugafode to continue giving services to those who need them.
