Samnang is 29 years old. She is married and resides with her two children in Kampong Chhnang Province, Cambodia. She has been working in a garment factory since 2010, earning approximately $3 per day. Her husband is a Chinese interpreter who makes $8 a day.
In order to improve her family’s finance, Samnang is requesting a loan of $1,500 to purchase groceries to sell in front of the factory. By doing so, she will be able to earn more income to financially support the family.
In the future, she would like to expand her store and send her children to a good school. Moreover, she wants to build a new house as soon as possible.
