Mrs. Assata is 43 years old and married with six children. She lives with her husband in a nuclear family in Banankoro in Sanankoroba commune in the Koulikoro region (second administrative region of Mali)
She was forced to leave school at an early age in order to be married, but she quickly started to work in trade with her husband for the purpose of financing her own needs. She has been working for five years now and has a large clientele of mainly women. She enjoys a very good reputation in her business as she serves the customers from the capital.
To increase her stock in the interests of both answering the needs of her customers and enhancing her business, she appealed to Soro Yiriwaso, she has been working with Soro Yiriwaso for 12 months. After a first individual loan correctly repaid, this is her second individual loan which she intends to use to buy 200 bags of charcoal and a lorry load of firewood, she buys her stock locally from the young people of her village and the neighbouring villages.
Mrs. Assata sells her wares for cash or credit to her customers who are mostly women. With this loan she plans to make a monthly profit of 100 000FCFA which will enable her to pay for certain family expenses.
Madame Assata est âgée de 43 ans, mariée et mère de six enfants, elle vit chez son mari dans une famille nucléaire dans le village de Banankoro dans la commune de Sanankoroba dans la région de Koulikoro (2ème région administrative de la république du Mali).
Ayant été forcée d’abandonner les bancs scolaires très tôt pour des raisons de mariage, elle commença vite le commerce auprès de son mari pour pouvoir subvenir à ses petits besoins. Elle mène cette activité depuis 5 ans et jouit d’une grande clientèle composée majoritairement de femmes. Elle a une grande réputation dans cette activité car elle dessert les clients de la capitale.
Pour augmenter son fonds dans le double souci de faire face à la demande clientèle et de renforcer son commerce, elle a fait recours à Soro Yiriwaso, elle est en relation avec Soro Yiriwaso depuis 12 mois. Après un 1er prêt individuel correctement remboursé, elle est à son 2ème prêt individuel qu’elle compte utiliser pour acheter 200 sacs de charbon de bois et un chargement de camion de bois de chauffe, elle s’approvisionne sur place avec les jeunes du village et des villages environnants.
Madame Assata vend au comptant et à crédit à une clientèle composée de femmes majoritairement. Avec ce prêt elle compte réaliser un bénéfice mensuel de 100 000FCFA, ce dernier lui servira de prendre en charge certaines dépenses familiales.
