Safina is a 35-year-old businesswoman who deals in selling second hand shoes in mobile markets. She says she has been in this business for over ten years and through this business, she boasts to have paid school fees and acquired a plot of land in town.
She says she has acquired this loan in order to stock more shoes for her business and facilitate her while moving to markets. Safina also says the biggest challenge affecting her business is the lack of enough funds to keep her business moving plus bad debtors.
Safina is a mother of four children with only three children going to school. She says that she appreciates the work done by Ugafode in enabling the active poor access funding.
