He learned this work from his parents from a young age, and now with his wife and children he has been farming this vegetables for 20 years. In this way he earns a fair living in order to provide for his family.

At this time of year the price of various vegetables improves, which is why he is requesting a loan of Q 6,000.00 to purchase potato seeds and organic fertilizer to plant later, harvest, and sell in the local market.

José hopes to generate enough income through his farming to be able to remodel his home and improve the living conditions of his family.

José un hombre casado de 48 años de edad, vive junto a su familia que está integrada por sus 10 hijos (6 hombres y 4 mujeres) y su esposa, quienes viven en el Caserío Chuarixché, Cantón el Tablón, Sololá, Sololá.
Es un hombre trabajador dispuesto a salir a delante con su familia trabajando fuertemente en la agricultura. Se dedica al cultivo de papa a unos metros de su vivienda.
El aprendió este trabajo con sus padres desde pequeño y ahora con su esposa y sus hijos lleva 20 años cultivando este tipo de verdura, es de esta manera en donde el obtiene ingresos económicos aceptables para poder mantener a su familia.
Por la temporada del año es donde el precio de algunas verduras mejoran por lo que está solicitando un préstamo de Q 6,000.00 para comprar semillas de papa y abono orgánico para luego cultivarlos, cosecharlos y poder venderlos en el mercado local.
Sueña con generar más ganancias a través de su cultivo, para pode remodelar su vivienda y mejorar la calidad de vida de su familia.
