Leguarda peacefully lives in her village of San Bonifacio. She has managed her rice farm for many years. Aside from this, she also engages in a hog-raising business to earn more income. Through farming and hog-raising, Leguarda has given her family a better way of living.
She would like to borrow 28,000 PHP to buy fertilizers such as manure and to cover the costs of farm maintenance. She hopes to generate a good harvest this coming cropping season. She will use the profit to further expand her farming, and some will be utilized for savings and other necessities.
