Elías, tiene 53 años de edad, es casado, tiene 3 hijos con quienes vive en una aldea de Nueva Frontera, Santa Bárbara. El tiene una pulpería desde hace 6 años donde vende productos alimenticios como granos básicos, harina, manteca, huevos, lácteos, azúcar, jabón, café, sal, refrescos, churros etc. Don Elías anteriormente se dedicaba a la albañilería y construcción, pero decidió por tener un ingreso fijo y pudo establecer su pulpería. Ha solicitado a ODEF un préstamo por 20,000 lempiras para surtir su negocio de productos alimenticios como granos básicos, refrescos, pastas, manteca, y otros. Su plan es tener bonito el negocio, mejorar su casa y darles el estudio a sus hijos.
