Gloria is a married woman with three children, all of whom still attend school and are still under her care. They live at their own house that has electricity but not piped water. Her greatest monthly expenses are food and school fees for the children.
Gloria owns a rental house that is unfinished, and she has been in this business for over two years. Her greatest challenge is the mode of payment of her tenants, who sometimes take too long to pay.
With the loan of 50,000 Kenyan shillings, she wants to purchase building materials such as cement, iron sheets and sand for her unfinished rental house. She decided to join Yehu to access loans to boost her business.
