Tattybubu's story

Tattybubu is 27 years old, married, and has no children. She has a secondary education with a specialty as a dressmaker. Over the course of six years, she worked as a seamstress in a private sewing workshop.

In 2011, Tattybubu started to engage in retail of children's clothing, starting with a sum of 40,000 som (KGS). Tattybubu managed to develop her own business with a monthly income of about 14,000 som (KGS).

With the aim of expanding her assortment of goods, Tattybubu turned to the microfinance bank Bai-Tushum and Partners for a loan of 80,000 som (KGS).

Tattybubu plans to invest income from the business to further expand the assortment of goods, and wants to include children's shoes. In the future, she wants to build a home.
