Don Hugo empezó a trabajar como secretario ayudante en un taller mecánico cuando tenía apenas 13 años donde después de varios años de experiencia decidió independizarse y trabajar por cuenta propia. Hoy día nos cuenta que hace 40 años ya que está en esta actividad y en su taller propio y con esfuerzo esta creciendo cada día mas.
El crédito solicitado fue para compra de un terreno que linda con su propiedad, para poder de esa forma expandir su taller y tener una mayor capacidad para recibir a mas clientes.
