El señor Sebastian, es una persona de 25 años, de edad de estado civil soltero, alcanzo a estudiar hasta el bachillerato, cuenta con un dependiente económico a cargo el cual es su pequeño hijo, vive en una casa de tipo rustico como cuidante en el cual cuenta con servicio de luz, el domicilio se halla situado en la Comunidad de Pocona, su actividad económica es la agricultura que anualmente indica que produce los siguientes productos; papa 250 cargas, arveja (verde) 160 arrobas, Maíz (grano) 15 cargas y finalmente achojcha 240 arrobas. para lo cual el señor Sebastian y concubina señalan tener el deseo de poder superarse y mejorar su situación económica para tal efecto se ven en la necesidad de solicitar capital de operación para la compra de insumos agrícolas de tal forma poder mejorar e incrementar la producción y de igual forma mejorar la calidad de vida de ellos mismo y de su dependiente.
