Doña Romana es una mujer alegre y emprendedora que se dedica a la reposteria desde un poco mas de doce años,ella dice que aprendió esta actividad ya que sus hijos eran pequeños y los gastos muchos quería poder apoyar a su esposo a sacar adelante a su familia así que inicio a elaborar pasteles,flanes, gelatinas para vender en su comunidad y obtener un ingreso extra para su familia.
