Elba is 25 years old. Right now she lives in her mother's house. She in single and was able to graduate from high school with a focus in humanities. She has a financial dependent, who is her young son. Her main economic activity is offering sewing services. She says that she does this for nearly the whole year for different sewing stores in the city of Cochabamba that sell different clothing. She makes curtains, blouses for women and other general items. At other times of the year, such as Mother's Day, July, September, and Christmas, Elba sells gifts such as stuffed animals, cards and other general gift items, which allows her to generate additional income. And finally, Elba wants to improve her and her son's quality of life and to do that she needs to ask for investment capital to do the finishings on her house that she built on her mother's property.

La señora Elba, es una persona de 25 años de edad, actualmente vive en el domicilio de su madre, de estado civil soltera, alcanzo a estudiar el bachillerato en humanidades y cuenta con un dependiente económico a cargo el cual es su pequeño hijo. La actividad económica principal que desarrolla es prestar servicios de costura; manifiesta que este servicio lo realiza durante casi toda la gestión anual para las diferentes tiendas de costura de la ciudad de Cochabamba que ofertan estas prendas, confecciona como ser cortinas, blusas de damas y entre otros arreglos en general. Asimismo la señora Elba en determinadas épocas de la gestión como en el día de la madre, julio, septiembre y en época de navidad se dedica a la venta de regalos como ser peluches, tarjetas y otros regalos en general lo cual le permite generar ingresos económicos adicionales. Y finalmente la señora Elba tiene ganas de mejorar su calidad de vida y la de su hijo y para tal efecto se ve en la necesidad de solicitar capital de inversión para construir la obra fina de su vivienda la cual construyo en la casa de su madre.
