Avetik
Avetik is young farmer, aged 27. He lives with his parents in the city of Gavar, which is in Gegharkuni region. After having passed his military service, for several years Avetik did construction work in the Russian Federation. Two years ago, he came back to his native city and became engaged in farming, together with his father. At the same time, he continued to do construction work, by order.

On their farm, they keep two cows, two bulls, thirty sheep, and two piglets. Avetik’s mother perfectly makes cheese, butter, and macun (Armenian national dairy product) from milk, which she sells right from their house. Avetik says that since they all work together, all difficulties and problems of farming are solved easily and cleverly.

Avetik plans to buy several lambs, a cow, and a lot of animal fodder. He will be very grateful, if support from Kiva lenders will enlarge his income and give him new ideas of farming for the future.
