In order to purchase more cosmetics, Sumera contacted Kiva's field partner BRAC Pakistan, and applied for a loan of 30,000 PKR. In this way her husband will be able to buy more cosmetics to sell. This ultimately saves him time and hopefully will increase his net income. She expects a boost in their earnings and wishes to utilize the part of revenue for the betterment of her family members.
