Kuku needs this loan of $10,000 to buy a plot of land on which he can build a warehouse to sustain his business. This will increase Kuku’s capacity and allow him to take even larger shipments in the future. Right now, Kuku has his tractor parked outside of his home in a residential area. In order to respect zoning laws and not be shut down, Kuku needs to find another place for it soon. A plot of land will provide him a space within which to park it. Kuku hopes to grow his business enough within the next three years to quit his installation work. He is happy that his business helps Nigerian immigrants send shipments back home and maintain ties with their home country.
