Tochy is a very kind and open-hearted woman. She is 54 years old, married, and has two sons. Tochy grew up in a poor family in a rural area and got married not far from where she grew up. Her husband Bakhron did not learn a trade or profession and performs unskilled labor. He works on constuction sites and earns a small amount of money. Her adult sons work in Russia because they could not find permanent jobs in Tajikistan. Tochy has raised cattle for over 35 years. She has extensive experience breeding cattle and runs her own business. She sells cattle at the local market and has repeat customers. Tochy began building a new house because the one they live in now is small. She wants her second son to get married, but he and his wife would have nowhere to live. Her sons sent her all of the money they had saved up over the past year, but it wasn't enough to build the house. This is why she has asked for a loan of 4000 somoni to purchase construction materials such as cement, wood, and so forth to build the new house. She awaits your kindness and hopes for your charity.
