This is Vivian, 48, a resident of Cabrera, Pasay, Philippines. She is a mother to her children. She and her children manage their household while operating the business. At this time, she is working hard to continually provide income for their everyday expenses.
Vivian operates a room rental business. The room is rented on a monthly basis. She also has a junk shop as a source of income. She earns a minimum of 10,000 Philippine Pesos (PHP) in sales every month.
To help her continue operations of her business, she is requesting a PHP 22,000 loan. She will use the loan for the repair and maintenance of her room for rent.
Vivian dreams to have a happy family. She meets with her co-fellowship* members every week to share stories of her work and to also draw strength and inspiration from the Word of God she studies.
* All CCT community partners / clients are organized into fellowship groups composed of 15 to 30 community partners. The fellowship groups gather each week to study the Word of God, build social capital, and repay microfinance loans.
