Luz is a separated, forty-two-year-old mother of four children. Luz works at a regional hospital in the city of Ayacucho as a nurse technician. Luz also has a small store in her home, located on Cumana St. in the Nazareno District, where she sells home supplies, fruit, sausages, etc with the help of her son. She opens her store from six in the morning until nine at night. In addition, Luz rents rooms in her house.
Luz needs a loan of 2,000 Peruvian Nuevos Soles to invest in rice, sugar, eggs, milk, and gelatin.
Luz’s dream is to stock more products in her store, to have another business, and that her children study in the city of Lima.
