Nicolas
Nicolas emigrated to the U.S. in 1999. For three years, he worked for a distributor that was importing and exporting Mexican food products. He learned the business model and decided to start his own business. He has now had own his food distribution business for over 12 years. As the price of organic food has gone slightly down, and demand for organic food has gone up, Nicolas felt the need to increase the number of his organic products. He wants to do this to be both socially responsible and responsive to his customers’ needs.

This loan will allow Nicolas to expand his new organic food product line and be one of leading organic distributors in New Jersey.
