Faniya
Faniya is 64 years old, married, and has two children and grandchildren. She has higher education. She worked as veterinary for a period of 16 years.

In 1990 Faniya started with livestock breeding together with her family. The livestock breeding business was started with 25,000 som (KGS). Faniya's husband helps with the business. Thanks to Faniya's persistent work and her education as a veterinary, the farm today has two dairy cows and one calf. Further they have 1.40 hectares of land available, on which she plants clover every year. The harvest is used as fodder for the livestock.

With an aim to further develop her business, Faniya turned to our microfinance bank "Bai Tushum & Partners" for a loan in the amount of 60,000 som (KGS) for the purchase of steers. Faniya plans to invest the income from the loan in helping her children improve their families' well-being, and also to large repairs on the house.
