Greetings from Sierra Leone! This is 40-year-old Rugiatu, from Lunsar. She is married and has six children between the ages of 8 and 23 years. One of them is in collage, and four are currently going to school.
Rugiatu runs a bar and restaurant at her house; she sells stout, start beer and snacks. She has been running this business since 2010. She works at the business throughout the week, from morning to night. Marie says that her business is going well, because she started with a small amount through BRAC.
Rugiatu has requested a loan in order to buy assorted drinks, like start beer, stout, and soft drinks, and to buy prepared foods for resale. The extra income from this loan will enable her to educate her children and expand her business. In the future, she plans to open a big shop. She thanks you for your support!
