Diego provides public transportation and lives with his parents in a finished brick house with a cement floor in the Rosas Pampa area of the city of La Paz. He works for more than eight hours every day as he is the only manner of support for his family. Diego needs a loan in for the maintenance of his vehicle and in this way increase his income. Diego drams of having his own home.
Diego es transportista del servicio publico y vive en casa de sus padres en un acabado de ladrillo y piso de cemento, en la zona de Rosas Pampa de la ciudad de La Paz. Trabaja por más de ocho horas al día ya que es el único sustento de su familia.
Diego requiere el crédito para el mantenimiento de su herramianta de trabajo y asi mejoara sus ingresos.

IMPRO is a small non-profit organization that has been offering micro credit to the working poor in the Bolivian cities of La Paz and El Alto since 1995. IMPRO’s goal is to fight poverty by offering loans to small business owners who cannot access credit through the regular banking system due to a lack of guarantees or collateral.
To ensure that everyone has access to credit, IMPRO maintains a low interest rate by minimizing operational costs. IMPRO’s partnership with Kiva, which began in 2007, has allowed IMPRO to expand its services while maintaining these low interest rates.
