La cliente Mwanvua est trésorière du groupe d’affaire « Nazareth », entrepreneur expérimentée, âgée de 46 ans, veuve et mère de 2 enfants. Son conjoint fut décédé suite à une maladie. La cliente fait la pâtisserie, elle est vendeuse des beignets. Elle installe ses produits au petit marché qui se crée au tour de la frontalière entre Rwanda et République Démocratique du Congo. Elle commença ses affaires avec le prêt de l’IMF Hekima. Il y a 3 ans, elle fait ce petit commerce. Ce nouveau prêt va lui servir d’acheter 2 sacs de farine froment, 4 boites de levures, 10 kg de sucres, 10 litres d’huile, etc. Ainsi, elle souhaite accroitre son capital, acheter une parcelle et nourrir ses enfants. Au finish, elle remercie fortement Hekima pour son soutien en microcrédit aux petits entrepreneurs.

HEKIMA is a microfinance institution headquartered in Goma, Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), with branch offices in Goma and Bukavu. HEKIMA aims to contribute to the transformation of the economic, social, and spiritual lives of the economically active poor of the DRC. To this end, HEKIMA provides its clients with solidarity group loans to support income-generating activities. Despite ongoing instability and violence in its operating areas, HEKIMA continues to keep its doors open and provide credit and savings services for its over 90% female clientele.
