Aram
Aram is 28 years old. He lives with his small family in Gavar, which is in the Gegharkunik region. Aram is married and has two children. His wife is a nurse and she works at the local poli-clinics. Aram has no higher education and he does some building and repairing work. Nevertheless, the main income of their family comes from farming. Aram is engaged in pig breeding. He has ten pigs, and the profit from meat selling is more than his monthly salary. Aram sells his farm product in different ways. Sometimes he sells it right from their house through resellers or he sells it to the local butchers.
Aram hopes very much that through Kiva lenders he can enlarge the number of his farm animals and he asks a loan of 500.000 Armenian drams to buy several pigs.
