Bruno is a forty-seven-year-old married man with seven children. Four of them go to school. He currently lives in Kasese, Uganda. For ten years he has practiced agriculture and also runs a workshop business to earn some additional income. Bruno started the business to sustain his family and with the proceeds, he has educated his children. He hopes to expand his workshop to different areas and improve his banana plantation. However, price fluctuations and seasonal changes are challenges he faces. Bruno intends to use the loan to rehabilitate his banana plantation by adding fertilizers.

This loan is part of HOFOKAM's program targeting poor and geographically excluded populations in Western Uganda.
