She needs to stock the store a little better because of increased demand but does not have capital to do so which is why she’s asking for a loan to buy more products like basic grains, instant products, snacks, beverages, etc. She trusts in God that the requested help will be granted soon so she won’t have any more worries about providing daily sustenance for her home.

La clienta vive con su compañero de vida en casa propia y aun no tiene hijos, es muy conocida en la zona donde reside por su humildad y su entrega al trabajo, nunca se ha dejado vencer y siempre ha salido adelante con sus dificultades. Con esfuerzo y dedicación posee una tienda en la que vende productos de primera necesidad granos básicos, leche, huevos, arroz entre otros, es muy dedicada a su labor y muy servicial a la hora de vender, es por eso que posee clientes que la buscan y la prefieren por sus productos. Se ha visto en la necesidad de surtir un poco mas la tienda debido al aumento de demanda y no tiene el capital para realizarlo, es por eso que la clienta solicita un crédito para comprar más productos como granos básicos producto instantáneo, golosinas, bebidas, etc. Confía en Dios de que pronto la ayuda solicitada, será otorgada, y no tendrá más preocupación para llevar el sustento diario a su hogar.

This loan is part of a pilot project Apoyo Integral is launching in conjunction with several local NGOs to support at-risk youth and their families with funding from Kiva. This loan product is tailored to young people who find themselves in high-risk situations because they are located in areas affected by extreme violence. Loans are combined with vocational, technical, and financial training to help these young people develop business ideas that will help them generate income, reintegrate into society, and support their dreams of being productive and contributing members of society.   


Due to potential safety risks facing these youth, some of the loans are being disbursed to their parents in order to protect their identities. For the same reason, the faces of some Apoyo Integral borrowers may be blurred in photos. Apoyo Integral appreciates Kiva lenders' understanding of these challenges and encourages them to provide much-needed support to at-risk Salvadoran youth.
