She is requesting this loan as she lacks capital. Glondy faces challenges in her business such as daily competition. She will use the profits she makes to buy electrical appliances for her home. Her business plan is to have more merchandise in stock so that she can offer her customers a wider range of products. Glondy feels happy and grateful to the institution for the support they are providing as it allows her to improve her business.
