Greetings from Sierra Leone! This borrower is 32-year-old Sarah from Kandeh town Bo. She is married and has four children between the ages of 4 and 12. Three of her children are attending school. Sarah runs a palm oil business, selling items such as palm oil, paper and okra. She has been running this business for two years. She works at the business ten hours per day and seven days per week. Sarah says that the main challenges to her business are that sometime purchasing power is very low, that she doesn’t have many items on her table and that she lacks funds to expand her business. Sarah has applied for a loan in order to buy food items, including rice, onions, cooking seasonings and coconut oil . The extra income from this loan will allow her to feed her children and increase her business. In the future, she plans to expand her business even more. She thanks you for your support!
