Sofia is a divorced woman. She owns a house that neither has electricity nor piped water. Her greatest monthly expense is food for the family.
For the past 6 years, she has operated a food vending business, selling from home to her neighbors. She dreams of expanding to a café business.
With the 25,000 KES (Kenyan shillings) she wants to purchase bundles of wheat flour, rice, maize flour, and sugar. She decided to join Yehu to access loans to boost her business.
