Silvia tiene 45 años de edad y tiene una relación de unión libre de la cual tiene cinco hijos de la cuales dos son independientes y tres depende todavía de ella, ella vive en la ciudad de Pilcopata y es una persona trabajadora y emprendedora que saca adelante a su familia con mucho trabajo y sacrificio entonces su actividad económica principal es la venta de comida de forma ambulatoria, ella vende sus ricos platos de comida todos los días desde las 6am hasta que se acaben. Desde hace varios años que pertenece al banco comunal “Señor de Qoyllorrity de Pilcopata” y en esta oportunidad requiere el préstamo para hacer mantenimiento de su casa, para comprar carne de gallina, carne de cordero, sacos de arroz, sacos de azúcar y otras cosas más.
