Sarhad
Sarhad is a man of 54 years. Currently he is married. His wife is a housewife and she also helps Sarhad with the farm work. They have four children, ages 29, 26, 21 and 17.

Sarhad learned farm work from the time he was a child. His father imparted to him the practical knowledge of work in everything related to agriculture. Later he made it his everyday work so as to always be able to support his household. For 22 years he has been farming and raising cattle for milk production. His wife is a great help in this activity. When Sarhad goes out to sell, she feeds the animals or prepares the land where the crops are. In addition, Sarhad works as an accountant at the local supermarket and earns a salary there.

The reason he is requesting a loan of 1,000 AZN is to purchase materials like cables and wire for the installation of electricity in his home. His dream is to improve his housing condition by applying finishes in his home and building a retaining wall. Sarhad is grateful to those who, through Kiva, can be part of this growth in his life, and he encourages them to continue supporting the business ventures of people who, like him, dream of having a better quality of life in their households.
