Dolores Santos
Dolores, 40, is married and has three children. He offers his services as a bricklayer through the municipal council. He learnt this trade 25 years ago, when he was 15 years old. He learnt the trade from his father, as his father is a bricklayer and guided him to start the job beginning as an apprentice and now he is an expert in the trade.

He is asking Fundación Campo for the loan so he can buy a cold cutter to cut iron, a metal sander, a wood sander, a lathe, a set of drill bits, a transformer for the soldering iron, 2 knives, 2 clamps, a set of pliers, a rubber hammer, etc., all of which are tools he needs for his job. This will allow him to have all the tools he needs and will be in a better position to do his job. Currently, he does not have all the tools he needs to work as a bricklayer, but with the support of the loan he will have better income and will not have delays in his work. Better work opportunities will be available to him as he will be able to rely on the basic tools he needs to carry out his work.

He plans to keep working as a bricklayer, be it as a freelancer or on contract as he is working at the moment and which has been his primary source of income to help his family to succeed and provide his children with the opportunity to be educated.
