El Sr. Derlis vive en pareja hace 6 años con la señora Nimia, con quien tiene un hijo, por quien ambos luchan incansablemente para poder darle a su hijo una vida digna y sin privaciones.
Derlis cuenta que anteriormente trabajaba en la Argentina como albañil y tras un esfuerzo de 5 años pudo comprar una casa propia y abrir para su despensa en la compañía rural donde vive para poder radicarse nuevamente en Paraguay. Su mayor anhelo siempre fue contar con un negocio propio donde pueda trabajar toda la familia.
Ahora cuenta con una surtida despensa hace aproximadamente 2 años y cuenta que le está yendo muy bien y está muy feliz de volver a su país y a su ciudad y por sobre todo estar con su familia.
