Lucila has rented out rooms and apartments for 15 years. She used to live with her mother, but met her current partner and decided to buy a house. She began renting her garage, and then she built rooms and two apartments in her home in order to rent them out. Currently, Lucila keeps constructing rooms.

Lucila has worked selling clothes to order for 9 years, as well. She keeps working in this business and sells clothing to her neighbors.

The loan that she is requesting will help her buy accessories and furnishings for the bathroom in one of her rental rooms. She would like to continue building more apartments in her house.
