The 10 members of the DANAYA III group are married women. They are 37 years old on average and have an average of five children. Most of them live in polygamous families in Diassela, a village in the Koulikoro region, in the second administrative region of Mali.

They work with the microfinance institution Soro Yiriwaso in order to better organize their businesses at the start of the rainy season. The crops they plant include peanuts, millet, and beans. This is their third collaboration with the institution.

With this new loan, FAKOUMA OUSMANE, the first person at left in the front row, would like to buy farm inputs, equipment, and plowing for 1.5 hectares of millet, peanuts, and beans.

After the harvest, they sell their crops in the city of Beleco to a clientele of men and women. She would like to earn a profit of 120,000 FCFA per season.

Les dix membres du groupe DANAYA III sont des femmes mariées avec une moyenne d’âge de 37 ans et ont en moyenne 5 enfants. Elles vivent la plupart dans des familles polygames à Diassela, un des villages de la région de Koulikoro, 2ème région administrative du mali.
Elles collaborent avec l’institution de micro finance Soro yiriwaso dans le but de pouvoir mieux organiser leurs activités en début d’hivernage. Les spéculations cultivées sont entre autres de l’arachide, du mil et du haricot. Elles sont à leur troisième collaboration avec l’institution.
Avec ce nouveau prêt, FAKOUMA OUSMANE la première personne à gauche dans le rang des debout, compte acheter les intrants, les petits équipements et payer les frais de labour pour entretenir environs 1.5 Ha de mil, d’arachide en association avec le haricot.
Les productions sont vendues au niveau de la ville de Beleco, après les récoltes à une clientèle composée d’hommes et de femmes. Elle espère réaliser un bénéfice de 120 000F CFA environs par campagne.

Soro Yiriwaso is a microfinance institution that works primarily in rural and semi-urban areas of Mali to provide underprivileged communities with access to financial services.The organization facilitates access for disadvantaged clients, particularly women, to new resources and services, fostering solidarity and cooperation among its clients.
