Felomino is a farmer, who lives in the village of Kapalaran, Tambulig, Zamboanga del Sur, with his family. He's a farmer who plants and harvests rice, on a plot of land located in the village where he lives. He chose this line of work because it was his father's legacy, and also because with it he produces food for his family. Rice is the staple food in his community and earns him a profit, because he sells part of his harvest in the local market.
He's requesting a loan, which he will use to purchase fertilizer. This is needed, in order to adequately maintain his crop and have a good harvest. He dreams of using his profits to improve his home, so that he can provide better living conditions for his family.
