Sengkun
Residing in Bakan district of Pursat Province, Sengkun is a 46-year-old mother of four kids who are students in the local state school. To provide the daily decent food for her kids, she sells grocery items and raises pigs. The current business has returned her about 38,000 KHR per day in income.

This is not the first loan for Senghun with VisionFund (Kiva’s partner). She can support her pig raising business on time from the past loan that she has completely repaid back. Now, she is seeking for a new loan of 2,000,000 KHR in order to buy pig feed and vaccinations for her pigs. She hopes that she can raise healthy pigs and sell it at a high price so she can expand her business.
