Ilmije is 49 years-old and a married mother of three children. They all live in a town in the southern part of Kodovo.
Her husband is a policeman with very low salary. In order to earn a living, she has made and sold handicrafts for the last thirteen years. Ilmije operates her business from her home in Kosovo.
Customers visit her every day and business has been going well for over a decade now thanks to the committed effort she puts into her work. She is requesting a loan to buy material for making her handicraft items.
