Usuf is a 30-year-old government employee who works as a security guard. He is married, the father of two children and lives in Kagadi, Uganda. He has been in his current line of work for one year and was inspired to do this type of work by his desire to keep the peace and earn money for his family. His main challenge is a low salary, and his dream is to increase his income by venturing into the transportation business. Usuf is requesting a loan to buy a motorcycle to begin providing transportation services.

This loan is part of HOFOKAM's program targeting poor and geographically excluded populations in Western Uganda.
