Khady is a sheep-seller who has been doing business for over 20 years. She loves her job as her sheep are like children to her. She is 40 years old and lives 25 kilometres away from the UIMCEC branch.
Khady is requesting this loan so that she can buy some more sheep and increase her number of livestock. She is married and the mother of 4 children, the eldest of whom is 17 years old and the youngest, 7. Indeed, it is because of her children and family that she is still working, so that she can satisfy their daily needs, together with the support of her husband. She has Fulani ethnicity and, like the majority of the people of her race, her major goal is always to have more livestock to breed and resell.
