Fred is a 31-year-old married man with three children living in Kagadi, Uganda. For eleven years, he has been working as a civil servant, and a good father that he is, he has been able to pay fees for his children with his little salary.
He also started a retail shop to raise money that can help him in meeting his family daily expenses. His dream is to own a wholesale shop.

This loan is part of HOFOKAM's program targeting poor and geographically excluded populations in Western Uganda. In addition to loans, it provides social and business training programs to low-income entrepreneurs and their communities.
